REGIONAL
Online Products Implementation Specialist
- Reports to Director, Online Technology
- Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of proprietary company and third party booking online tools.
- Ensures that online tools are properly implemented; users and country administrators are trained and provide level 1 or 2 supports to the APAC countries.
- Technical skills in HTML, XML and Visual Basic script is a plus
- Good knowledge of at least one GDS format – Abacus, Amadeus and/or Galileo
Travel Management Support
- Supports for client travel management as direct support to the Travel Manager.
- Focuses on enforcing policy compliance, data preparation, business plan and customer metrics management, reporting, and technology – depending on the client need.
- Understanding of financials and travel data reporting required.
- Preparation of vendor negotiation documents.
- Excellent documentation skills, virtual work skills and follow through on goals, plans & projects are required as well as comfort working in cross-functional work teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects or accounts concurrently.
NATIONAL
Senior Accounts Officer
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet items and monitoring of unbilled cost items.
- Ability to work with numerous data
- Experiences and knowledge of operations in travel industry
- Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Accountancy or relevant discipline
